This website has been created by JG Land & Estates to provide up to date information about the proposed regeneration of Broadmeadow.
We are very encouraged by the continued level of public support we have been receiving for our proposals for Broadmeadow and it is hoped that both the local council
and community will continue to play its part in helping to find a viable
and exciting future for this redundant eyesore and brownfield
site, located on the Sproughton Road, West of Ipswich. The
adjacent island site, encircled by the River Gipping, has
also been purchased to ensure that any future development
incorporates and protects this land as a nature reserve for
the local community to enjoy.
